Fusente Fluid Technology's XL Gas-Liquid-Solid Multiphase Cyclone Pump Launches, Breaking Through Complex Medium Transportation
Recently, Fusente Fluid Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. developed the XL gas-liquid-solid multiphase cyclone pump based on X-series chemical process pump technology. Designed for high-difficulty complex medium transport, it efficiently handles gas-liquid-solid mixtures with <=15% gas content and <=50% solid content, offering a new solution for pharmaceutical micro-interface reaction, chemical production and waste liquid treatment industries to address abrasive and corrosive multiphase medium transport issues.
The XL cyclone pump achieves performance breakthroughs via unique structural design. Its core feature is the impeller retracted into the pump cavity behind the discharge chamber, forming circulating and through flows when fluid enters the vaneless and backward contraction cavities. Though vortex generation leads to different efficiency from traditional centrifugal pumps, it has irreplaceable advantages: no impeller-pump body matching gap solves high-temperature thermal deformation and wear ring wear, extending equipment life; internal flow field's lowest pressure point before impeller inlet weakens cavitation, reducing NPSHr and improving stability; most solid particles bypass the impeller, and wedge-shaped blades reduce leading edge vortex and wear, greatly enhancing anti-clogging and wear resistance for high solid content media.
Additionally, the semi-open impeller design ensures good gas adaptability, operating normally with <=15% gas content to avoid gas blockage. It complies with API 610 standard, with flow rate 0.5-2600 m³/h, max head 250m, operating pressure <=15MPa and temperature <=450℃, meeting industrial requirements.
